S+EI COACHING

How does Social Emotional Intelligence Coaching Work?

I begin with an assessment of Social and Emotional (S+EI) skills. I use the most comprehensive S+EI assessment instrument on the market today, the Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile®. This gives immediate insights into a client’s strengths and potential development needs when it comes to social and emotional intelligence, allowing us to target the most important areas for development first.

Once we have identified strengths and development opportunities in S+EI, I work with a client to create a GROWTH plan for strengthening her social and emotional intelligence. Over the course of several sessions (as many as needed), clients are provided with worksheets, tip sheets and all the tools they need to accelerate their own self-awareness, their awareness of others (and their potential impact on others), as well as the tools they need to manage their social and emotional and behavioral responses in challenging situations.

If a potential client is not interested in S+EI coaching, is there another type coaching available?

We are big proponents of S+EI coaching here and believe regardless of what reason you desire coaching that social and emotional intelligence impacts you as a whole person.  However, if a client does not want to take the Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile®, during the initial consultation, the coach and client can determine if a coaching relationship will be beneficial.

How long is each session and what is the cost?

The initial session including the Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile® (S+EIP®) is $150.  The following sessions or the initial session without the S+EIP® is $75.  If a client pays for three sessions upfront then the cost is is $250 including the S+EIP® or $200 without it.

Where do the S + EI coaching sessions take place and during what hours?

Tuesdays and Wednesdays between the hours of 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm. and Saturdays between the hours of 8:00 am and noon.

Sessions are via Zoom or at the GOCaC office located in Milwaukee at 11414 W. Park Place, Suite 210.
